I was lucky enough to find Anand's skills for hire about 2 years ago. After a couple of projects it soon became clear that he was a bright and intelligent man who learnt fast and had a big heart! It wasn't long before he joined Firewalker Apps full time.
He is very dedicated and works very hard and I think that one of his biggest thrills is to see an app take shape and especially see an app do well.
I sent him a few questions to ask, just as a way of getting to know him:
What do you do?
I am the web and mobile application designer.
I love to do illustration and animation because of it I can make not only my imagination exist but also moving. I started my career in 2008 as an animator. I feel my-self lucky to work and give smile to my clients and companies. I learned many things while working for them in these 8 years. From Last two year, I am part of The Firewalkerapps family.
Where are you based?
I have taken birth in the land of the Budha and Gandhi. Yes, I am from India! :)
What are your likes?
I like reading and listing Hindi poems. Sometimes I write too. I love to watch movies. My favorite moves are DDLG, Hum aapke hai kaun, Sholay, A beautiful mind, Life is beautiful and list are very long :) And I also like to visit new places, especially the place close to nature like the mountains, sea, and forest. Because my father was in the army, I started traveling at very younger age and seen many cities in India by now. I love to make friends and stay a friend of them for all life. I love to spend time with family, having tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them. To stay together for each other. I don't like who change their behavior with time or situation.
What is your favourite book?
Godaan (A Story Book), and Bhagavad_Gita
Do you support any sports teams?
I am not that much in sports..... but like to watch cricket and support India!!
